I refuse to believe the phrase “There isn’t enough time in the day”.
If you find yourself saying this often. It’s time to take a look at how much time you give yourself in your daily lives.
After all, it is indeed your life.
Follow (if you wish) these steps for a quick reset in the morning, day, or night for your body and mind.
Seated in a comfortable position that keeps your spine in it’s healthiest stacked position, and hips loose, close your eyes.
With your eyes closed, take your gaze to the sky, stretching your eye muscles that haven’t been used while reading or looking down at your device.
With your eyes closed, take as many deep breaths in, and out, until the breaths are seamless and long.
Make sure your shoulders are down (roll them back into their socket, simply pushing them back will set you up to slouch again after a few seconds).
It’s okay for your mind to wander, don’t beat yourself up about it.
Repeat this whenever you feel like you need a reset, or because it simply feels good. And always* drink water after releasing stored energy from the body.
