It’s important to remember that we are living in a world where we can hear everyone’s opinions- all the time. (Siram included). How we should act, be, eat, walk, live, sleep, play, rest, work, etc. etc. It’s easy to forget our own formula. What makes us truly tick.
Your best awakenings come when the outside noise is shut off.
And by outside noise, we mean the things that prevent you from getting to the root of your stresses- if you have any that is.
Schedule some me time.
It doesn’t have to be a long vacation.
A walk in the park without checking your phone, visit to your favorite restaurant alone, a spa day :) Whatever float’s your* boat.
Go ahead, set sail.
