Do you have a favorite side?
A side you sleep on, a side you choose when you get in a car? A side you pose on for pictures?
The body was not made to do the same thing over and over again on the same side (scrolling on phones for example).
It’s time to start using the side of your body that gets the least love. Not only will you loosen the muscles you haven’t been using. You will start to regain a sense of balance among the body as well as the brain.
Take a mental scan of your life and look at some places where you can switch things up, and see life from a different side.
