The pain you may feel. The trauma you might have. The dark days and the bad days were all looked at from a different perspective.
What if we thought about the feelings we don’t like, as a “lack of joy?”
The tightness in our bodies, the relationships that no longer serve us, the family we don’t connect with, the job we can’t stand.
Instead of spending our time trying to stop the pain, we spent it adding in joy to our lives in the places that we are lacking them?
Because joy, is the greatest healer of all time.
It’s time to start closing those wounds.
“The Wound is where the light enters you.”- Rumi
